The Service requires you to authorize access to your Google account via OAuth 2.0. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access will disable the Service's ability to send emails and track opens on your behalf.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service. Email open tracking relies on recipient email clients loading images, which may not always occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mail Tracker for EMAIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
